This study examines the relationships between attention, gait, fear-avoidance, and pain catastrophizing in individuals with chronic low back pain (cLBP). Individuals will complete questionnaires to quantify these pain-related psychological constructs. The primary objective is to examine the relationships between fear-avoidance and pain catastrophizing and the cognitive processes relevant to gait. The long-term goal of this research is to identify a potential mechanism for gait differences in individuals with cLBP. Testing will consist of a dual-task paradigm presented concurrently while standing and walking.
