Dr. Beschorner Receives Provost’s Award for Diversity in the Curriculum
Dr. Kurt Beschorner has been selected as one of six recipients of the Provost’s Award for Diversity in the Curriculum, which recognizes faculty efforts to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into courses and curricula at Pitt. Dr. Beschorner was honored for incorporating a two-lecture sequence on health equity into his Statistics for Bioengineers course, strengthening students’ ability to implement inclusive research design practices.
