With over 25 years of experience in inertial sensing, sensor data fusion, Kalman filtering, localization, motion tracking, biomechanics, and human gait analysis, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to these fields. My pioneering research in foot tracking has been instrumental in advancing unrestricted gait analysis. This ongoing work is driven by collaborative efforts with various departments at the University of Michigan and international research centers. My research predominantly focuses on the application of inertial sensors to address diverse complex challenges, such as motion tracking, localization, biomechanics, gait analysis, and attitude determination for micro-satellites.
